My multidisciplinary group researches high-efficiency engine technologies and alternative and low-lifecycle carbon fuels that accelerate the development of sustainable transportation systems.  

To be selected to attend the German-American FOE was truly an honor and was an amazing experience to interact with inspiring engineers from across the world, providing me a new perspective on how the grand challenges in engineering will require interdisciplinary teams working collaboratively to solve the most pressing problems we face as a global community.
